We stand behind the quality of our Facial Care equipment, Paraffin Treatment units, and Nail Dust Collectors. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging
  • Include original proof of purchase
  • No signs of wear, damage, or modification

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at service@kmaxship.store
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 48 hours

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Include the RA number inside the package
  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Securely pack all items and accessories
  • Write the RA number on the outside of the box

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Ship to the address provided with your RA number
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless product was defective)
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to opened electronic items

Exchanges

  • We're happy to exchange products for different models or colors
